• Profile preferences: skill level, position, and the city you select as your home city.
• Game details you publish: title, location name, scheduled time, and number of slots.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, IP) used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To run the service: matching you to nearby games, sending notifications you opted into, and showing your profile to other players in the lobby.
• To improve and secure the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Information you publish is public

Important: When you host a game on Footyhunt you are publishing information about your future whereabouts — including the location, date, and time — to other users of the platform. It is your responsibility as the player and host to decide what to share. Footyhunt does not accept responsibility for any breach of personal security, stalking, harassment, or other harm caused by disclosing your personal whereabouts, plans, or contact details on the platform. Use good judgement: avoid sharing your home address, do not publish games for places you do not want strangers to know about, and report abusive behavior immediately.

Your choices

• Edit your profile, change your city, or update notification preferences from your profile page.
• Delete a game you hosted, or remove yourself from a game you joined.
• To delete your account entirely, contact us.
